Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Fox Pharma and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in release testing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
