Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Vista Financial Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around account servicing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in account servicing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
