Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Greenridge Sable Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Orlando producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
