Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Summit Early Learning Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around tuition and subsidies that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in tuition and subsidies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
