Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Silverline Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Rochester producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
