Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cobalt Medical and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in complaint handling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
