Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Fernwood Mill Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Toledo serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
