Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Silverline Sable Markets is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
