Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Westbrook Umber Banking Services is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
