Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Greenridge Cross Health Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 468 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in patient scheduling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
