Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Foxglove Thistle Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
