Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Redstone Ember Community Partners Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Design for tasks around benefits enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in benefits enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
