Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Silverline Haven Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Las Vegas. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
