Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Silverline Iron Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Tucson area. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around student accounts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
