Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Lumen Juniper Banking Services is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
