Senior UX Designer - design systems (Pittsburgh, PA)

Clearpath Linden Health is a healthcare provider in Pittsburgh with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
