Senior UX Designer - design systems (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Willow Financial and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in customer onboarding. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
