Senior UX Designer - design systems (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Granite Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Philadelphia plant, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around press runs that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in press runs. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
