Senior UX Designer - design systems (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Basin Banking Services and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in fraud alerts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
