Senior UX Designer - design systems (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Summit Granite Pharma and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
