Senior UX Designer - design systems (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Meadow Pharma is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
