Senior UX Designer - design systems (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Corner Medical Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 310 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Design for tasks around training materials that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in training materials. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
