Senior UX Designer - design systems (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Quill Health Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
