Senior UX Designer - design systems (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Bridge Arts Center Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around ticketing that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
