Senior UX Designer - design systems (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Quarry Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Orlando working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around ridership counts that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in ridership counts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
