Senior UX Designer - design systems (Orlando, FL)

Greenridge Thistle Medical Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around training materials that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
