Senior UX Designer - design systems (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Loom Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Omaha, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
