Senior UX Designer - design systems (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Corner Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Oklahoma City producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
