Senior UX Designer - design systems (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Northwind Nest Community Partners and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around donor records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
