Senior UX Designer - design systems (Oklahoma City, OK)

Redstone Thistle Press is a printer and publisher in Oklahoma City serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around bindery work that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in bindery work. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
