Senior UX Designer - design systems (Oklahoma City, OK)

Nova Haven Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a large organisation of about 818 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around customer complaints that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
