Senior UX Designer - design systems (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Quarry Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Nashville. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
