Senior UX Designer - design systems (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wilder Pharma and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
