Senior UX Designer - design systems (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Bright Financial and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would join a large organisation of about 607 people based in Miami. What you will do • Design for tasks around loan applications that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
