Senior UX Designer - design systems (Memphis, TN)

Highbridge Juniper Health Group is a healthcare provider in Memphis with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
