Senior UX Designer - design systems (Memphis, TN)

Nova Meadow Press is a printer and publisher in Memphis serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Design for tasks around press runs that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in press runs. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
