Senior UX Designer - design systems (Memphis, TN)

Bluepeak Loom Learning Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 584 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
