Senior UX Designer - design systems (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Field Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Memphis with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
