Senior UX Designer - design systems (Little Rock, AR)

Lumen Quill Transit Planning is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in survey data. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
