Senior UX Designer - design systems (Las Vegas, NV)

Rivermark Willow Pharma is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
