Senior UX Designer - design systems (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Timber Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Kansas City, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in release testing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
