Senior UX Designer - design systems (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Sable Financial Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 632 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in payment disputes. • Experience running usability tests.
