Senior UX Designer - design systems (Jackson, MS)

Stonegate Cobalt Medical Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
