Senior UX Designer - design systems (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Meadow Press is a printer and publisher in Jackson serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around bindery work that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
