Senior UX Designer - design systems (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Nova Bridge Arts Center and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around school partnerships that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in school partnerships. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
