Senior UX Designer - design systems (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Vista Financial and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around regulatory reports that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
