Senior UX Designer - design systems (Grand Rapids, MI)

Foxglove Beacon Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
