Senior UX Designer - design systems (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bright Rook Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Grand Rapids with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a large organisation of about 909 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
