Senior UX Designer - design systems (Grand Rapids, MI)

Silverline Haven Medical Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in regulatory submissions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
