Senior UX Designer - design systems (Fort Worth, TX)

Fernwood Corner Medical is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in production lots. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
